We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, to develop new features, and to protect Superstrate and our users.

3. Data Storage and Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your design assets and project information are stored securely using modern cloud infrastructure.

4. AI Processing and Third-Party AI Providers

Superstrate uses third-party artificial intelligence providers (including OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic, which may be accessed directly or through routing services such as OpenRouter) to interpret your design briefs, reference images, and other prompts, and to generate and edit design content on your behalf. These providers process the content you submit in order to return a response to Superstrate; their handling of that data is also governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

5. Use of Interaction Data to Improve Our Services

We may collect and retain data about how you interact with our AI features — including prompts, chat messages, tool calls, and other interaction traces (“Interaction Data”) — to help us diagnose issues, understand usage, and improve Superstrate’s tools and agent performance. We do not currently use Interaction Data to train or fine-tune AI models. We are developing features that would use Interaction Data to improve and personalize our own AI models and agents over time. Before any such use begins, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide notice to affected users.
